Mango Apple Green Smoothie

 

This morning I was excited to get back to making some yummy healthy smoothies. I went to the store yesterday evening and got a whole bunch of fresh fruit and a bunch of other healthy yummy stuff. Keep on reading to see how I made this sweet smoothie.

What you’ll need:

Sliced Mango

Apple Slices

Plain Yogurt

Kale

Water

Directions:

First I added a handful of kale in the blender, then I added the Apple slices and sliced Mango. Then add a few spoonfuls of yogurt, then add water and blend.

I love creating my own smoothies, and this is definitely a favorite. Can’t wait to try other fruit combinations.
