This evening I got a bit of a fruity sweet tooth, so I went into the kitchen to make me a sweet but healthy snack. I originally started to use bananas and strawberries, but Donovan tried to help and accidentally dropped the whole thing, so I had to throw it all away. So instead I went for something else, but still used strawberries.
6-8 strawberries (sliced)
2 spoonfuls of peanut butter (melt for 30 seconds)
This is basically just a twist on how I did my apple nachos recipes. I drizzled the melted peanut butter over the sliced strawberries, then grabbed myself a fork and finished within a minute. This is definitely a sweet healthy snack that you’re kids will love too.
